STS Aviation Group Names Eduardo Amato Chief Financial Officer
JENSEN BEACH, Florida, June 24, 2026 — STS Aviation Group, a global leader in aircraft maintenance, engineering, material support and workforce management solutions, today announced the appointment of Eduardo Amato as Chief Financial Officer.
Amato brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership experience to STS Aviation Group, with a proven record of building scalable finance operations, integrating acquisitions, improving enterprise systems, strengthening financial controls and helping complex service organizations grow with discipline.
Prior to joining STS Aviation Group, Amato held senior finance leadership roles across complex, multi-site service organizations, including Chief Financial Officer positions at MRS-CMC and American Elevator Group, as well as multiple finance leadership roles with Schindler Elevator Corporation. His experience includes ERP implementation, acquisition integration, shared services development, treasury controls, executive reporting, financial planning, pricing strategy, working capital improvement and operational restructuring.

Amato earned his MBA from Penn State University, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University and completed postgraduate studies in Finance and FP&A at UniFae in Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Amato moved to the United States in 1996 and now resides in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
